Terms of service
These terms apply when you use nicetocard.shop or place an order through it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
Nice To Card is an independent online reseller of digital game top-ups, wallet codes, gift cards and subscriptions. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any game publisher or platform store. All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
2. Products and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars. A crossed-out figure, where present, is the standard retail price; the highlighted figure is our price. Discounts are applied to the product page and to the cart. We may change prices or withdraw a product at any time before an order is confirmed.
3. Orders
Adding items to the cart does not create an order. An order is a request: you send it through the checkout, and we reply by email to confirm availability, region and payment. A contract forms only when we confirm that we can supply the items and you complete payment.
4. Payment
This storefront does not take payments directly. We send payment instructions by email after confirming the order, and the methods available may change depending on the order and your location.
5. Delivery
Codes are digital and are delivered by email, normally during business hours after payment is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by stock or by checks needed to avoid fraud.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Digital codes cannot be returned once delivered, because they cannot be un-revealed. In particular, we cannot refund a code that was delivered and used, or one bought for the wrong region or the wrong account. If a code does not work, contact us with the details before redeeming anything else; where the fault is ours or the code is invalid, we will replace it or refund it. Nothing in this section removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
7. Accounts and registration
Registration is currently closed and no accounts are created. Guest checkout is the supported way to order. Sign-in is offered for future use only and does not currently authenticate.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not use the site for fraud, chargeback abuse, resale misrepresentation or anything unlawful.
- Do not attempt to scrape, overload or interfere with the site.
- Provide accurate order details. We are not responsible for a top-up sent to an account ID you typed incorrectly.
9. No password requests
We never need your game account password. If anyone claiming to be us asks for it, do not send it and tell us.
10. Intellectual property
The site design, text and layout belong to Nice To Card. Third-party names and logos are used only to describe the products being sold and remain the property of their owners.
11. Disclaimer
The site is provided as-is. We work to keep listings accurate and the site available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or that every listing is free of error.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost game progress or missed in-game events.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business, and disputes will be handled there unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you another option.
14. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change. Orders are governed by the terms in force when the order was confirmed.
